Seasonal business open May 15- Oct 15. Museum, stunning grounds, and carriage rides offered in front of the Lake of Shining Waters. Campbell homestead where Anne of Green Gables author Lucy Maud Montgomery spent time s a child and was married.

Must see for Anne fans
The main attraction is the house. The interpreters made it come to life. It is always interesting to see how people lived in historical times. We enjoyed our walk in the haunted woods although we wish we had bug spray. The museum exhibit was very interesting You really only need 1-2 hours here to see it all

A must when visiting PEI
This quaint little house and museum is a well curated piece of local history for those Anne of Green Gables fans. My wife loved strolling through the various rooms and around the lovely grounds. For the non Anne-o-philes like me it was still A very enjoyable visit and I learned much about local life in bygone years.
