Nice place for a hike or birding
Quite a way west of town, off Rt 70, then south on a gravel/dirt road. Very rural, undisturbed and reclaimed natural areas. Variety of habitats, 3 long nature trails, 1 with an observation tower. You can ride your bike or your horse here. The County's Dept of Environmental Resources schedules guided hikes here every few months, by reservation only.
