Great getaway
We biked from Bariloche through the back trails. Nice ride. Then we went kayaking. Very beautiful territory.

Great hiking trails for the average hiker.
The hiking trails to the scenic overlooks up the mountain was great. it was challenging enough that you felt like you got some exercise, but not too difficult that the whole family (and plenty of dogs) couldn't handle it. When you got to the the scenic overlooks, they were magnificent and you really felt like you were rewarded for making the trip. Make sure that you are dropped off at the entrance to the park, not at the beginning, or you will take the first 2 kilometer walk in an area that is along a dusty road and really is a waste of time.

Horsebackriding!
The lake is situated a little further away from all the touristy action and therefore it is a lot more quieter. I chose to do horsebackriding near the lake and partly through it, which I found as a very nice way of exploring the surrounding landscape and it was also fun of course and made a really nice picture :)
