Awesome!
Beautiful views! Walkers, runners, joggers, bikers. Filled with local families, food and fun. There are local restaurants on the beach, a pool at the ocean, and you can also do a great hill climb to the restaurant La Marea with magnificent views for sunset.

We visited Malecon twice from our resort Riu Emerald Bay. You can take a taxi or Pulmonia (open taxi), which may cost 200-300 pesos or you can take the public transit bus (cheaper option). This is a must visit beautiful stretch for walking, sunset views, taking photos, shopping, etc.
