Best views of Zwolle. Great experience.
This tower will give you the best view in the city of Zwolle. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and courteous. It is only 3.50 euro and after you pay you just wait 5 mins for one of the staff to open the door to the tower and let you in. The church is small and will only take 5 to 10 mins. The tower climb should take no more than 30 mins to go up and down, read the information panels and enjoy the views while taking pictures. If there is one place to get the best panoramic views of Zwolle, this place is it! I visited every place in Zwolle that had views over the city and this one was the best.

The landmark of Zwolle "Peperbustoren";a church tower dating from the year 1540
Next to the Roman Catholic Basilica dating from 1394-1399 a tower was build in 1540. Today the shape of the tower reminds people of a pepper-container or a pepper-mill . The church is often open for visitors free of charge and offers an 19th century" Neo-Gothic"-"Victorian" interior dating from 1875. A climb to the summit of the tower offers a panoramic view of Zwolle;tickets for sale at church.

Nice!
Very friendly people who like to help and inform you. The climb upstairs is quiet hard and you shouldn't be claustrofobic. But the reward is nice: A very wide view.
