    National Museum of Haiti
Love this little museum. Its beautifully designed. History is interesting and art gallery has some beautiful pieces. It doesn't take long to go through but take your time.

    Learn history in modern setting
The museum has a very interesting architecture, as it appears to be only a curved dome...until you walk down to a subterranean entrance. The architecture continues to draw your attention in the entrance and the layout of the galleries, which progressively display artifacts from the earliest to the most recent history of the nation, the most amazing of which is the anchor of Columbus' Santa Maria, which went down off the north coast of the island. A small entrance fee is well worth it for the knowledge you will take home with you about the history of Haiti. Also included is an art gallery which is equally informative and shows the various kinds of art for which Haiti has become famous.
