Get that energy out!
This was a great outing for my 3yr old grandson. I was a bit worried that he would be trampled by older kids but other children were mindful of his little self. They also have "staff" on the floor but most of them were busy chatting with each other or on their phones. They have a few snacks and drinks for sale but nothing to make a meal of. Overall good experience but I'd definitely parent and keep an eye on your children.

Staff was Rude and Very Unknowledgable!
Alexia was rude and dumb. She wasn't aware that Groupon was not available on Sunday's! So upon visiting the location in person to let her know that she was giving out incorrect information. She had the nerve to ask me what did I want? First off, all of those kids there need customer service skills on top of the countless hours of safety training. Secondly, the owner needs to reevaluate who they hire on staff that can deal with kids and adults. Thirdly, I like Urban Air better, which is around the corner. They are more friendlier and knowledgeable about what is going on in their facility. So needless to say, my business will go elsewhere.
