Wolf Creek Wonderful

Some of the most stunning scenery in Oklahoma is just minutes from downtown Bartlesville. Wolf Creek Ranch would like to share this setting with you from the back of a horse on a guided trail ride, in a wagon, or from your own two feet. You have room to roam this beautiful country. Slow down and enjoy a variety of terrain, creeks, wildlife, cattle, and the peace of one of Oklahoma’s treasures, The Osage.

Perfect evening for a trail ride
Kelly & Mark Spencer (owners) couldn’t have been more accommodating & patient as most of us were beginners. We were given general instructions including how to direct the horse before we started the ride. We did not leave until everyone was comfortable with the horse they were riding. It was a small group - 6; with 3 individuals from the Ranch joining us for the ride. It was a 2 hr ride around the ranch including riding amongst the cattle. Unlike typical trail rides where the horses walk in a line, they allowed the horses to spread out. If you are interested in a trail ride, I would highly recommend check them out.

    Great Adventure!
We celebrated Christmas with our family....in March. It was a beautiful day. We had arranged a meal and trail ride for the 14 of us. We began with the meal that was catered from their restaurant, Painted Horse Bar & Grille and was delicious. We played games, rode horses and finished with a bonfire and smores. Mark, Kelly, Hannah, Kyla and Alanna made our day a memory for years to come. One grandson who had never ridden a horse and did not plan to, rode twice. One grandson now wants lessons, one teenage grandson wants a horse. Three grandchildren and my husband want jobs at the ranch. We arrived not knowing this family and left with their stories intertwined with ours and feeling as though we were leaving friends behind. It was the absolutely, most awesome adventure. We were blessed beyond measure.
