Night at the Museum

My friends and I enjoyed the adult only evening at the Museum. They had trivia, a scavenger hunt, food, and painting. It was a fun time, and the 3 hours of the program went by pretty quickly. If any time you see this Museum having another event like this, I recommend you try it, especially if it's for you.

    Great museum!
This is an excellent museum...especially for it's relatively small size. The exhibit on dinosaurs and fossils has a large variety of species and is laid out very nicely to tell a complete (and user-friendly) history of life on earth. They also claim to have on display a relatively large percentage of ACTUAL fossils. Their other exhibits are also well done, and they always have a special exhibit upstairs. They have a lot of hands-on stuff for the kiddies. The docents and other workers were very friendly and helpful when we were there. And don't miss the mastodon!

Superb museum with a serious highlight
What a lovely and well stocked museum. We really enjoyed having the place to ourself as the Covid protocols allowed us to venture back safely to a museum for the first time in a year. The museum has an excellent collection of fossils with the Pentaceratops being an incredible highlight. It has to be seen to be believed, worth the trip alone.
