Supplies needed
I was in need of an Oklahoma fishing license so we stopped by the marina. We were informed that they no longer sold them and were informed where and how I could get one. We also needed Funyons. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was clean. We were able to get our much needed supplies !

The nicest people!
My wife and I stayed at the Pelican Point Marina for a quick visit in the area just this week (May 2021) during a quick visit to the area looking for a possible vacation home. Early in the Season, we were possibly the only people staying that weeknight and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. We stayed in a King Suite... the room was very clean and we had everything we needed. During our stay I ended up losing the room "key" cards and had to ask for replacements and the owners, Jennie and David, the owner / operators were very accommodating and gave us replacements... turned out I'd absentmindedly locked them inside the room... and were so kind about the whole situation. Since it was an "exploration" visit to the area and not a full blown vacation stay, we ended up taking an evening walk around the facility but didn't take advantage of the marina or any of the other facilities that were available, so I can't really give a full review in those regards. What I CAN tell you is that upon the morning of the departure I ended up leaving prescription medication that I need to take every day on an upper shelf in the bathroom and didn't discover my mistake until late in the morning when we were long gone on our journey. Once we'd discovered my mistake I called and spoke with the good folks at Pelican Point and they immediately went to the room while we were on the phone together and after some searching discovered the missing meds high up on a shelf in the bathroom. They shipped the items to us via Priority Mail and two days later they arrived back home in Kansas along with a pair of socks I inadvertently left with the Meds on the shelf in the bath. I am SO appreciative of their kindness AND promptness, and I believe it speaks volumes about the way they run their business and treat their guests. I will stay with these folks every time we are in their area and commend them on the high level of customer service they provide. I'm a Blue Collar kind of guy and I prefer to stay with people who are of the same ilk, and I would recommend these folks and the service they provide to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. These are good, hard working folks whose goal is to provide you with a solid lake area experience! This was my very first time enjoying the lake areas of this part of Oklahoma, and this is my first and only time meeting these fine people. I hope your experience is as pleasant as ours was!
