Wonderful vineyard!
Came for a tasting. This winery has a wonderful set up. You can order a tasting of 6 different wines from their list, and the tasting is free if you buy a bottle. They have appetizers you can order to enjoy along with the wine. Anna was very sweet and helpful. There were several wines I tasted that I very much enjoyed. Their flavors were varied, the aromas were inviting, and the finishes were complete. For me, this winery offered everything I like in a good tasting, and more. It was a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Sunday afternoon
This winery is absolutely gorgeous. A total unexpected treat. We visited around 3 pm on a Sunday. We sat outside on the wrap around porch overlooking some grapevines and the area where weddings take place. The staff informed us that there are wine tastings for $6 (whereby you get to choose 6 wines to sample.) If you want to take a bottle home then you can have the wine tasting for free! We also had the cheese board as part of our experience and it was lovely but made for about 4 people!! The staff were lovely and we watched them prepare for an evening wedding which was gorgeous! Highly recommend this, for a nice afternoon out! But remember they close at 5 pm!

Worth the drive for some great wines surrounded by beautiful grounds.
It was a very nice, peaceful drive to get to the winery from I-35. The building is very nice, with nice outdoor seating and tables looking out on some vines and well manicured grounds. It was a 100 degree day, so we did not enjoy the outdoor area. Had it been a cooler day, would have spent some time hanging out there. But the tasting room was nice a cool. Quinton was pouring the wines and took us on a tour of the "cellar" area. Make sure you go downstairs to see the barrels, tanks private dining room. Quinton was great - funny, kind and informative. As for the tasting - you pick six wines to taste from 6 white and 6 reds (for $6). Honestly, enjoyed all the wines I tasted except the Merlot. Normally, love Merlot just not this one. Ended up buying a bottle of the Chardonnay and Syrah. But the Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon were in the running too. Not a big sweet wine person but the Melon Symphony and Chocolate Red were quite easy to drink and enjoy. It was a fun visit and highly recommend a stop here if you get the chance.
