    - Favorite Paint Place
Spent 2-3 hours Paint & Pottery Studios
    Paint Your Art Out image
I have been here half a dozen times and I love it. I especially love painting my dogs, but this studio, which is not a chain, has the best original paintings. They make their own, it's not a copy off anyone else. This studio was the first of its kind in the area and the only local studio. People are friendly, there is teasing and witty repartee, and you feel like you're among friends. Great atmosphere and great fun. See more..
  6. 5.0 Frenzy Brewing (5 reviews)
    - Beer
    Breweries
    Frenzy Brewing image
I'm not a beer drinker, but I recently stopped in to see my friend play music. I love the building in the historic downtown area of Edmond. I sampled two drinks while I was there, Quitcherpeachin American Wheat with Peaches and Cream and Weaver Cream Ale. After tasting them I still am not a beer drinker, but if you enjoy beer you will like the choices plus you can choose different sizes on tap. Fun location to hang out with friends or a date night. There are board games available for guests to play. Several couples had their kids with them, so I would say it is a family friendly environment. I like that since they do not serve food on site they welcome you to bring in food from the surrounding local establishments. I will mention they do have water & soft drinks available if people in your party do not drink. Overall nice establishment and I had a great time on my visit. See more..

Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery image
Came for a tasting. This winery has a wonderful set up. You can order a tasting of 6 different wines from their list, and the tasting is free if you buy a bottle. They have appetizers you can order to enjoy along with the wine. Anna was very sweet and helpful. There were several wines I tasted that I very much enjoyed. Their flavors were varied, the aromas were inviting, and the finishes were complete. For me, this winery offered everything I like in a good tasting, and more. It was a wonderful experience. This museum is so very wonderful. The staff are top notch. The effort they have put into making this an educational and hands on experience for kids is the best I’ve seen. The adults in our group had plenty of historical things to take in and read and the teen in our group enjoyed everything especially the large checkers table. Highly recommend! See more..

    Arcadia Lake image
We stayed a week over Christmas, very few sites with sewer hookups, had to dump mid week then reset up (a bit of a pain). Quite a few only had electric, no water or sewer. It was a nice enough place to stay, quiet, nice bathrooms & showers. Camp host were never at guard shack, always found them at camper location. Hard to get a hold of someone on phone, first come first serve, no reservations. (another pain). When you drive all they way you don't know what if anything will be available. See more..
  24. 4.0 Pelican Bay Aquatic Center (50 reviews)
    - Great "mini-White Water"! BUT - things to know in advance...
Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM Water Parks
    Pelican Bay Aquatic Center image
As long as you know in advance and are okay with... -Everyone must get out of the pool every 50 minutes (so life guards can check the pool areas, so kids can reapply sunscreen, for snacks, etc.... -Only coast gaurd approved life jackets/floaties are allowed (no blow up arm floaties). -Out-of-park snacks must be left in the car or at the front desk Then... You'll have a great time! I'd recommend this park for ages 13 and under & families, since there are only 2 slides & no "thrill rides." We WILL be back. Great value & I enjoyed getting out every 50 minutes to relax for 10 minutes before being drug back in by my 6 year old. Loved... Lazy river Tornado in the middle of the river Deep in for diving 2 slides For younger kids... Splash area Smaller slides Climb on toys Please give me a thumbs up if you found my review helpful. Went to Coffee Creek the other day to have a few brews and enjoy a day on the links with my friends from the retirement home. Those good ol boys in the Coffee Creek Cart Barn were so respectful and friendly! Those were the cleanest carts I've ever experienced! The cart barn boys had no problem retrieving my cart from me after the round and respectfully cleaning out all trash and making sure I had everything. Great job cart barn! 27. 4.0 Sky Zone Trampoline Park (10 reviews)
    - Fall Break Fun
Spent 1-2 hours Game & Entertainment Centers
    Sky Zone Trampoline Park image
My son’s 11th birthday fell on our schools fall break so we planned an impromptu trip to SkyZone. I found a Groupon, purchased it and hopped in the car for the 1 1/2 hour drive. We arrived about 11:35 and open jump started at noon. Redeeming the Groupon was a cinch and I filled out the waivers online before we left home. The building is well lit and variety of bouncing activities. Lockers available for $.50 Like every trampoline park, jump socks are required and my only complaint is you have to have their socks (SkyZone). I brought a pair for my daughter that we’d purchased from another trampoline park but she was required to have SkyZone socks. That was $3 that I didn’t really want to spend. Otherwise, a great outing in a rainy day! See more..
