Delightful little store with great events
We stumbled across this cute store while in Guthrie. They were having their licorice festival. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. There was tons of licorice to sample. The chocolate licorice ice cream is delicious! Apart from the special event this would be a fun store to explore. It is full of made in the US handmade arts and crafts. There is a lot more in here than you'd expect and it's definitely worth checking out.

My favorite shop in Guthrie
I have been going to Guthrie for years to Christmas shop and always include Aunt Gerturude's House as one of my first stops. The owners are charming, have a wonderful eye for art, and an eclectic shop. There are items for anyones price range. Don't miss this shop if you visit Guthrie.

Cool things - cool house - shop owner may be moving soon
The shop owner was really personable - she had a lot of different kinds of art pieces in the home, lots of licorice, and a doll repair shop. Really cool old home too - wish I had gotten to see more of it, but the owners lived in the other parts of it. They did say they would be selling and moving on to a different lifestyle soon, so not sure what the next while will look like for the space
