Beautiful historic building in the center of the city. Important exhibitions and music events every Thursday night.

Many excellent museums in Chihuahua!
Most visitors from north of the border bypass Chihuahua when visiting the Copper Canyon but that is a mistake. This is a vibrant city with several exceptional museums, of which Casa Chihuahua with its displays on local history and culture is one. Note that the Governor's Palace just across the street in not only also well worth a visit -- it is full of extraordinary murals and gives out a very well-written guide to them in English -- but also includes an extremely helpful tourist information office with English-speaking staff.
