Great 10.5 km walk

This is such a beautiful hike. Especially if you start in Sárospatak (train station). It’s 6.3 miles round trip. Anyone who says it’s less than 5 stars is not a connoisseur of this vast amazing universe. It’s such a worthy place and the views also unusual…

    Nice Aditions to this Attraction
Family walk. We began by the small wine store and walked up to the atraction. There is a buoldfor renting harness equipment to boulder around the attraction. We continued up the hill to the lookout tower which was recently built. Overall we had a good experience.

    Beautiful hidden place
First of all, I am happy I saw this place it is beautiful and very special. What I was not expecting was that it is not so easy to get there. To me this was a 6 km and 2 hour walk in the hot sun (including the time spent up by the tarn), but I am pregnant, other people may make this quicker. We parked the car next to the country road, we saw only later that you can drive a bit closer, but in fact, not much, so maybe you can save 600 m if you park in the field. But there is a gate from where the vineyard starts and you have to walk from here; there is no other choice. The road is through a vineyard so there are no trees, you walk in the sun and the road is steep, the tarn is on the top of the hill. Bring a product against mosquitoes with you. The tarn itself is beautiful and you can take nice pictures, I think it worth coming up here.
