Fell in love with Eva

Came here as a stop over for and hour and fell in love with the place. Her work is sublime and simply beautiful. The guide spoke perfect English and was very helpful. So please we came here.

    Fantastic place
    We went there because of Lonely Planet and we can highly recomend it. Even our 17 year old teenager liked it. Beautiful place and during the guided tour you learn abort a great artist and the love of her life livlig a simple and harmonious life.

    Amazing
    We have now visited Paateri twice and I guess there will be a third time in years to come. If you like wood and things made of wood then Paateri is a must. Eeva Ryynänen's workshop and home is there for us all to enjoy. Many of her work pieces are on display but the most stunning of all is the church. The setting is stunning and the exhibts so interesting and you will constantly find little quirky things such as the old horse shoes set in the concreat on the front porch of her home.
