Good lighthouse
30 minute walk from Marken old village through farmlands. Nice lighthouse showing the way to Amsterdam. Good views from this point.

Great scenery with lighthouse (not open for visits) - appreciate the 2km walk
A beautiful setting and lovely scenery with the lighthouse at the remote tip of Marken island. Only way to get there is by foot or bike over a 2km distance (often with a windy return). Only drawback is the fact that you can't visit the lighthouse.
