Fantastic traditional Links - visitors welcome
Played this as part of a 3 round golf holiday around Amsterdam. This was the first course we played and set a high bar. The course has great character and some very testing holes. The greens were very true. EUR100 for visitors was good value. There are 3 nines - we played Pennick/Colt courses from the yellow tees and this proved a good, fair challenge for us 11 handicappers. Rough was quite penal if you went off line. Well worth playing. We received a friendly welcome.

No walk in the park
Although the course is not long, play requires accurate shotmaking. Classic lay-out, beautiful clubhouse but beware of some unfriendly members who act as if they own the course for their sole pleasure
