Beautiful small church

We reached the church by bike from the natural park. The white tower is a great contrast with the green of fields and the blue of sky. I loved the photos with the church on background.

    Unique history
    A beautiful church dating from 1425 with a unique history. The church is also commonly known by the residents as "The White Church". The tower was built much later, in 1450. Many years later the tower also served as a beacon for ships. Through the centuries the church underwent many renovations. Take your time and walk around to see the beautiful organ and its lovely interior. It's worthwhile visiting while in Texel.
