Not blown away
From the outside, it looked nice, at the inside you get a casual modern stylish wellness with steambad, 4 sauna's, pool, whirlpool. It looks brand new but it has a cold feeling. Watch out for steps inside. We missed a place to relax inside (they only had 4 or 5 beds beside the pool, all the others where outside but too cold to use, a pity. The wellness is on the first and second level of a building with huge terrrace towards the canal beside, due to this open caractere, a heavy wind was blowing, even inside cooling down the place heavily. Sauna's are large and where really relaxing. They have a restaurant beside where you can drink and eat, be aware that on the first level they consider the place as lounge where you only can drink and eat smaller stuff (which is not indicated on the menu). So when we ordered 2 sandwiches, one was offered in the lounge, for the one of my wife we had to go to the restaurant downstairs (which is not indicated and really not clear). This is really a weak point, we heard several people complaining about this: in this case make a menu for the lounge and one for the restaurant, indicated clearly the difference between the 2, indicate that this restaurants belongs only to the wellness (not clear neither!). Secondly, food was +/-, the thai soup of my wiferather looked nothing else than boiled water with pieces of chicken. Also the choice of for example drinks is not well linked with the wellness.

Not nice
They trick you into paying for a robe, as you cannot get in a wellness bar for a drink (which was included in our deal aka. you pay for your "free" drink by paying for the robe. The receptionist lady, Camille, could not find this "rule" at the website, claiming that there is just "so much information over there", but explained that we simply cannot cover ourselves with towels, we HAVE to have robes cause the naked people who were wondering in saunas a minute ago do not want to look at our naked shoulders in the bar. Ridiculous place, did not get any relaxation, will not ever get back
