Packed with people over a weekend, this single, narrow street is teeming with bars and restaurants all unique and offering quality, atmospheric evenings. Many of the eateries are open during the day and rank high on the places to dine in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. We visited this passage at least twice during our visit and there were people getting quite merry, chanting and everyone was generally having a very good time.

    Foodies paradise or tourist trap?
    Come yourself to make that judgement, all I can say is that we very much enjoyed the atmosphere in this remarkable little street which was a stone's throw away from our City Centre Hotel. We sampled various restaurants, some good, others less good. But the overall impression remaining is one of collective Dutch "gezelligheid".

    one of the most charming streets in Den Bosch and North Branbant
    As known Den Bosch is one of the most pleasant cities to go for some drinks and dining. The city is always alive and dynamic. This street is one of the most wellknown little streets, totally filled with café's and restaurants. They seem to give their drinks for free, seeing so many persons sitting there every day. Butbthat is not true, unfortunately. The prices are standard here. there are some very pleasant restaurants, no high quality one unfortunately. But elsewhere in Den Bosch you find some one michelin star restaurants and some other very good restaurants. See infoon trip advisor. I recommend Sense as one of the best. In de kleine putstraat I can recommend the italian restaurant. I wrote about it earlier. When in Den Bosch walk by the putstraat and have at least a drink there.
