Great escape room

We visites with 5 teenagers (12-14 years) the escape room and it was great fun! The theme was the missing professor. In the last 2 minutes we managed to escape!!!

Great outing for groups of mixed active and relaxation minded group members
This attraction is nicely located in the forest, very close to (business) hotel Koningshof in Veldhoven. We had a great time climbing all 4 routes for people taller than 1.30cm early in September. Especially the barrel on top of a kart was a challenge - hold on to the rope to pull it towards you, or it may flee before you get on it. The 5th route is like icing on a cake, and especially the kids in our party loved that zipline route. All routes combined are quite doable in 2 hrs. The ropes are comfortable, and there is no need for gloves as a consequence. The Saferoller security system is more convenient to use in comparison with the double security hooks found in many other climbing forests. Only potential downside is that one can not pass one another, which cause annoyance if it's busy. We started at 11:00 and found that that was great in hindsight, since from noon onwards it started to get really crowded. Not all members of our group were experienced, and some may feel chased if others are right behind you, urging you to speed up. So we can recommend starting a visit early. For active kids that are less than 1.30cm tall there is a track too, but we didn't try that. For those who don't participate in the climbing, the pub and especially the terrace offer a relaxed and interesting view on the climbing activities, so they can a great stay too. We also saw many grandparents cheering on their grandchildren.

Fun for children age 7-10, and for their parents
The climbing tracks in the trees are likely to be more difficult for the parents compared to children, but doable for most people. Most children enjoy it from the first moment. Although some kids are afraid to climb, they usually overcome their fear (sometimes with a little help by experienced and skilled personnel) and will come out more self-assured. Safety first, so all climber are attached to a lifeline; cheating is not possible. Those who do not climb, will have great fun watchingd. The place could improve on catering.
