After lunch, I started moving toward the station. Under heavy wind and rain, I had trouble to take photos if the statue.

Nice bronze statue to Hieronymus Bosch at Den Bosch Markt
One of the interesting things you can see at the Markt in 's-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch) is the monument to Hieronymus Bosch, the important Early Netherlandish painter and most famous historical figure to come from this city. This bronze monument was designed by sculptor August Falise and placed in the market square in 1930. It is a standing image of Bosch. He is in period attire and is gazing over the marketplace. It is an interesting statue to see, particularly if you are visiting the city to see the Jheronimus Bosch Art Center, the present Bosch Exhibition being held at the Noordbrabants Museum or if you are simply a fan of the Old Dutch Master. Note: Another neat thing to seek out on the markt square is the house that Bosch lived as a youth over 500 years ago. It is now a shop but can still be seen.

Market Square statue
A monument dedicated to the famous painter, born and raised in the city of 's-Hertogenbosch, and located in the central market square. One of the most influential figures to come out of Brabant during the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries.
