Cold War, North Brabant Province, The Netherlands

2.0 (1 review) Tuesday: Spent 1-2 hours Ranking #1 in Landhorst Military Museums

Not much to see... Could be so much better.

The MOB-Complex was a mobilisation complex of the Dutch armed forces during the cold war. Many of these complexes were demolished but this one was saved and now serves as a cold war museum. There are about 10 warehouses located on the premises. In one warehouse there are two giant nuclear missiles visible. The other warehouses are closed for the public (which is a shame because these could be turned into a museum. You will need a QR-code app to read all the information that is placed on the buildings. This information is very general and not very specific to the location.
