I booked a 3 day/night tour with Lights Over Lapland that included the Aurora Chase, 2 Aurora photo tours, snow shoe hikes, dog sledding, and snow mobileing. Everything was perfectly coordinated, seamless, and easy with Lights Over Lapland - the guides are professional and also engaging and fun to be around for hours at a time. Abisko is a beautiful place and if you're heading there to experience the landscape and see the lights, booking with Lights Over Lapland is a must! A special thank you to Sofia for the best snow shoe hikes - they were my favorite!

4-night Customisable Aurora Holidays
My wife and I did the 4-night Customisable Aurora Holidays with Lights over Lapland. There were 8 of us in the group and it was fun getting to know the rest of the group. Lights over Lapland also supplied everyone with cameras to capture the northern lights in all its glory. Thumbs up to our guide Sarah. She was very experienced and every evening during dinner, she would consult the real-time weather forecast, solar wind activity charts and the live satellite photos before making decisions on where the group should go to have the best chance of catching the lights. It was amazing when she could even tell us when the lights would show up or die down up to an hour in advance. We caught the lights on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th nights. The lights on the 3rd night was truly magical as it was all over the sky in different colours. Thanks Sarah and Lights over Lapland for making our dream of seeing the lights with our naked eyes come true!
