    Improved upon after a return with incentives!
    Having left negative reviews in the past (deservedly), I got a great surprise in Nov 2019. Their computer analysis of previous players finally recognized the fact I'd avoided this place like the plague for a number of years. With that said, I received a number of fantastic offers from Nov 2019 - Jan 2020 that I simply could not afford to pass up. Between very generous free play and free buffets, I will say all but 1 or 2 trips put a big smile on my face. The slots were fairly loose - I managed to hit a progressive for almost $300 on $1.20 bet, and a few other nice JP's on small or moderate bets. My one complaint would have to be the mediocre food at the buffet. If I had to pay for it, I'd have been upset considering the steep price. Also, I had enough credits built up on at least 2 trips to qualify for the 'free' senior buffet, but passed on them. I don't expect them to ever comp me so generously again, so it will be hit or miss whether I decide to return. The comps are what determines what casino my SO and I decide to play (or stay) at. We always have multiple choices locally and at a distance, so I don't have any real loyalty to this place at the moment. It will all depend on how things go after the re-opening of the casinos we regularly patronize.

    Horrible
    Had to wait 1 1/2 hours and the customer service was horrible. They were supposed to text when table was ready and never received text. After waiting 50 minutes went to ask and they said they had sent a text and now had to wait again. People that had just got on the waiting list got to go in and eat. After an hour and a half finally got the text. Do know if will ever go there again and will tell other about the experience.
