Native Spirits Winery, Oklahoma, United States

4.5 (22 reviews) Monday: Spent Ranking #7 in Norman Wineries & Vineyards

Nice place! Kid friendly!

Enjoyed chatting with the owner while we had 5 free tastings. Found a few sweet wines I liked. I’m just not a fan of tasting in the little plastic cups. I love the outdoor space that is kid friendly! We will return when in the area!

    Nice surprise
This place is a hidden gem just on the outskirts of Norman. Their winemaker does an excellent job in producing wine. They have a large number of dry and sweet wines. They will let you taste up to 6 wines for free and you can pay to taste additional wines for just a few bucks. The bottle prices are reasonable. Most are $18 or less. The property is nice with lots of great outdoor space. They have two dogs that wonder around the winery as well which will come up and see you. If you have had bad wine at other wineries in Texas or Oklahoma don’t prejudge this one. They do an excellent job here.

Like dry of sweet wines? Native Spirits does both well
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality on our visit to your vineyard and winery. I loved the winery's location near Lake Thunderbird. The gift shop and tasting bar were clean and comfortable with plenty of room for gatherings of small groups. Next time we plan to visit the area, we will certainly check out the live entertainment schedule. While all the wines we tasted were above par your sweet and semi-sweet wines were our favorites, and we left with a bottle of the Kokopelli Mischief (blueberry) and are looking forward to getting more Fancy Dancer (pomegranate) soon.
