A must stop when traveling to or from Homer, Alaska to find truly Alaskan-inspired, original, handmade art. This little shop is owned by a mother/daughter team and sits right on the Sterling Highway in Ninilchik. You can find everything from original art, clothing, jewelry, home decor, pottery, local author's books, and much, much more!

Great little secret in Ninilchik AK
If you are passing thru this sleepy little fishing town, do your self a favor and stop at this gem of a store. Everything is locally made and is of great quality. They have the nicest gifts and you will not be disappointed in your stop.

Love Local Art
I have lived in Anchorage for over 30 years, and when I am on my way to Homer, the two places I visit are the Jackson Gardens (Mile Marker 102) and the Peddler, (Mile Marker 136). Both places are great places to stop and stretch your legs. The Peddler has a great collection from local artist. Paintings, sculptures, glass work they have a little of everything. My last purchase was of an Octopus painting and some "Julie's Jules" glass work. The glass work is outstanding, and quite creative. Certainly worth a stop and "look ~ see".
