Mad Max II Museum is well worth the visit
There is so much to see here. There is a huge display inside the front of the building which you can't take photos of. Then you go through the door to the undercover secure outdoor area where you can take photos. There is so very much to look at.

It Was Intresting
Not exactly a Mad Max fan but the museum is a 'thing to do'. The ticket seller may have been in the cast. A seriously serious looking man who you might not want to cross - who is also very nice. The museum is a collection of this and that, real props and some imitations. Even my partner who is NOT a Mad Max fan enjoyed it.

Dedicated and interesting collection
I always enjoying visiting movie locations around the world so going to Mad Max territory was great. The owner has amassed a huge collection and it is worth taking the time to look around in detail. I am not a car fan but loved the films and seeing the history and detail in the museum was a treat. Photo's are not allowed in the main part of the collection so looking at the review photos doesn't give away everything. I encourage anyone travelling near Silverton to have a look and support the excellent diversity of attractions like this in our country towns. Have some cash for the entry fee and check the opening times before visiting. We got there early so were the first in the door.
