My son was anxious to see Lake Centenary; we had only just become aware of it due to signs in Temora. It is only a couple of Km out of town and well worth a visit. If you are in the mood for walking, there is a long track around the Lake and the combination of the lake, beautiful trees and a light breeze was soothing.

Picturesque and relaxing
This is a wonderful local recreation area for water sports in warmer weather, fishing, a picnic, or do the 2.7km walk around the lake. Very relaxing, plenty of parking and numerous areas to sit and contemplate. No entry fee.

very well maintained grounds. toilets were clean. had a jet boat sprint track, a swimming spot and water skiing section. was sensational the day I was there. a great place to lounge around or to go for a swim, sail, ski or to watch the jet boats when their in town.
