Wow!!
This is a fantastic place that’s a wonder for all ages. The extensive collection of civil and military aircraft are amazing and unlike most museums, HARS is a working aviation hub so there’s heaps going on. The aircraft are largely kept flyable and you can get REALLY close to them including going inside the Super Constellation, Convair, Boeing 747-400 and Orion. You can even crawl through the Neptune. It’s remarkable. The volunteers are wonderful and knowledgeable and the founder Bob De La Hunty can also be seen on site from time to time chatting with visitors. Really worth the visit to Shellharbour.

Wonderful experience
It's a great place to visit and see various aircraft's and also incredible dedication of the volunteers have put into this museum. We had Steve our tour guide who was wonderful and very knowledgeable and story behind of the each aircraft in the museum. My favourite aircraft's are Lockheed Constellation and the F111. My son was very excited to see B747-400 and I highly recommend this museum. David, Kosta& Ana.
