Staff great, option to swap across craft = excellent
We booked 90mins, so we could try all water fun craft if we wanted to ... and we did. So we had time on the paddle boards, the kayaks and the pedal boats. We called ahead and asked if we could have our dog with us - they said yes. Our dog was fantastic in both the kayaks and on the stand up paddle boards. It was one of the highlights of our trip up to the Central Coast during the October school holidays. THE BEST part of the experience was the staff. It was the Monday Labour Day public holiday and they were SO BUSY, but the staff remained calm, unfazed and handled the huge demand brilliantly. We had a break between sessions, and enjoyed a picnic on the grass between 'rides'. Be calm and patient, and you will be looked after.

Good fun
Good selection of boats paddle boards etc to suit everyone. Price is good and the area for the boats is safe and easy to navigate

Great location, admission can be better controlled on a crowded day.
Location is great. It is a good size and suitable location for those who just want to try out paddle boarding, kayaking, especially with little ones. We went on a day that is relatively busy and I would definitely suggest keeping headcount on number of people they admitted. The reason being I booked the family pass for 60 min (i.e. I can switch the activity within the 60min period) but because of the crowd, we had to wait for 10 min or so before something becomes available when we wanted to switch. On their website they say they take walk-in clients as they have a lot of equipment but that wouldn't be the case on a busy day.
