    Beautiful gardens
    I got the combo ticket for the aquarium and gardens. The gardens are beautiful and are much larger than you might think walking up to the entrance. There are many paths and loops to pick from. The rose garden was stunning, the Japanese garden was very peaceful and they had a really cute miniature train/village garden. You can spend 2 hours in the gardens! I wrote a separate review of the aquarium since it was listed separately

    Enjoyed the Zoo
    This was our first visit to the zoo part of the park. We mostly enjoyed the experience. Several animal areas were the highlights of our visit: the penguins, the giraffes and the orangutans. Several areas were closed which we'd like to visit another time. We got lunch at a cafe on the grounds which, although expensive, was quite good. We'll go again, especially if we have family visiting with children.
