*Hours subject to change* Competitive axe throwing is a well known Canadian past time that's becoming increasingly popular in the United States. Simply put, it's like playing a game of darts, except with axes! At Bury The Hatchet you'll experience the thrill of launching an axe at a wooden target in a safe and fun environment. You and your best mates will spend two hours becoming intimate with a 1.5lb piece of whirling wood and metal as you learn, practice, and then finally square off toe-to-toe in a group tournament.

Amazing! We had so much fun!
I always wanted to try axe throwing but never had the opportunity until last night. Not really knowing exactly what to expect I can tell you the experience was amazing. This place easy to find and is set up pretty well with 2 couches in the waiting area with a Jenga game and TV’s. There are multiple TV’s throughout the throwing area with some seating if you want to sit, eat or drink or simply relax. They also have a huge throne made of wood and decorated with axes above it for that photo opportunity if you choose to pose for one. The lanes are well lit and safety seems to be a top priority as you would expect. This place is BYOB and for but beer and wine only, no hard alcohol. Terri was our Axe Master and she was great. She was fun, she lightened things up and was full of tips to help us figure out what we could do to improve our throwing. She engaged us in conversation which helped us feel comfortable throughout the 2 hour session. When we go back (and we will) we will definitely be requesting Terri for sure. They have throwing leagues at this location which I have considered trying out once I get a little more practice under my belt. We had an amazing time and I can’t recommend it enough. This is great for date night or even a group of friends looking for something fun to do with a little friendly competition. Give it a try.

Tge best ax throwing experience
Logan the instructor was personable, patient and very informative teaching us the art of ax throwing. I did not know what to expect but he instantly made me and my friend welcomed and comfortable; a must for everyone. Stop on by and have a blast at this establishment!
