TUBING!
I would recommend this activity to any family, couples, friends who want to have a good time with the nature. I would recommend the tubing on this river (two companies offering this activity) in the miramichi area. It is about 10$ an adult, 5$ a child if I am not mistaking but you go down the river (takes about 2 hours) and is very relaxing. You can even bring a cooler on a small tube with you!

Mirimachi River New Brunswick - offers plenty of fishing options
Had lots of fun fly fishing for salmon on the Mirimachi River.. we learnt a lot about this sport while in New Brunswick!! .. just using artificial flies. we had a catch and release quota. Awesome day of fun of trying something new

Wonderful trip on the tour boat "Max Aiken".
We took a trip on the Max Aiken, a double decker tour boat from which we had a panoramic view of the river. The captain gave a very entertaining (and bilingual) commentary on the life and history of the area. The tour took just over one and a half hours and we found it a very relaxing and enjoyable way to spend an afternoon. The best way to appreciate the river is on the river itself. All this may be enhanced by a couple of beers bought from the onboard bar. Happy memories!
