A Jewel For The City Of Moncton

Centennial Park is a 450 acre wooded park with 3 groomed cross country ski trails, man made beach, wonderful splash park for children, man made lake to paddle boat on or skate in the winter. It includes lawn bowling, lighted tennis courts, a rotary lodge & day camp with cabins plus Canada's longest zip line . I've lived next to this park for 43 years and love running trails there with my dog.

Keep out of the woods and back trails.
This is a large park within the city. However it does have a darker side to it on the west side of the park as it is cruising or pick up spot for people looking for casual hook up, mostly men looking for men. The area to the east has ample parking and great activities for the kids and the family outings. There is also an outdoor sandy beach pool for summer fun. There is a large pond including ducks with a foot bridge onto it. You will also find a multi use athletic field of artificial turf, built for football but used for rugby and soccer matches know as The Rocky Stone memorial field. Police presence is scarce as Codiac RCMP is very understaffed.

    Great space in the city
Stopped into centennial park to let the kids play at the splash pad. Great park right in the city with lots of things to do, lots of parking, washroom facilities, etc. It would be nice to have some tables or chairs closer to the playground though. Overall s great experience
