A nice little side trip on our bike trip up the mountain
And interesting walk up to the waterfall. We were just biking around so spent about 20 minutes there all in all it was worth it. Remember you can use your entrance ticket to the other waterfall if visited on the same day.

Nice quiet spot
I stopped over here when I drove my motorcycle from Chiang Mai to Pai. I wanted to skip part of the boring 107. Not the best of ideas because the connection to the 1095 was pretty bad.... I stopped at the waterfall and paid 120 Baht entrance fee. Parked my motorcycle a bit further and then it was a very short walk to the falls. Nice friendly place, the nicest was that I was completely alone. Maybe not worth the complete drive from Chiang Mai, but when you are close certainly worth while.
