The unique scrap metal ZOO is located in Staré Město u Uherského Hradiště. You can find here more than 250 animals made from scrap metal, lighthouse, ship named The Hope, L-610 aircraft, Museum of veterans and etc. KOVOZOO is the ideal place for amusement, ecological education and inspiration for the whole family.

Best ZOO ever
The best thing I have seen in years!!!! Each statue is a piece of art. The details are breathtaking. One visit is not enough. Cannot wait to be back!!

very nice used of scrap
The zoo is from animals, which are made from scrap. Some really looks like real ones and each one has a table with infomation about the animal in general (real ones) and details about scrap animal (name, when and where it was born). It was very interesting. The whole zoo is within the plant of recycling company, so you cana also see some recycling processes (there are "steel roads" above the whole area. There is also old lighthouse with view over the factory and city. I recommended this.
