Outstanding guide and Yellowstone tour

I want to thank Yellowstone Wild for the wonderful day we spent touring the park. We are a family of four (two teenagers) that visited the park about a month after the awful floods. We had booked our stay at the North end of the park and were delighted to find this company that was using the still restricted North entrance for tours. Our tour guide - Travis - is a Navy veteran who was absolutely fantastic. Our day started at six am and ended at six pm, and throughout the day Travis regaled us with stories on the history, geology, flora and fauna of the park. He showed us nooks and crannies on the tour that we would never have found on our own. He even changed the itinerary slightly so we could see more wildlife. We learned so much and my two teenagers will leave the park with so many nuggets of information to bring on future trips. Thank you Travis!! I also want to commend the company for being so understanding of food allergies. My daughter has multiple food allergies and I was touched to see that the company had carefully packed a separate lunch for her. These little details mean a lot when you are traveling on the road with family. I would happily come back to these folks!

    Still an amazing tour company
This was our second tour using Yellowstone Wild. Our last visit was hard to top with seeing a homeless man of a tour guide from another company almost thrash a 100k Mercedes van. We had such a great experience that we requested Kyle again. Kyle can't escape me since I bother him on Instagram and keep up with his film festival winning documentary. Kyle picked us up from Mammoth Hot springs and this time I had my equally sarcastic mini-me of a daughter with us. We were worried she would be bored with the tour. She is normally very quiet around strangers. However, Kyle made the tour amazing as usual and had her talking non-stop. We saw wolves, bear, birds, elk, bison, goats, deer, and sheep. He made the tour fun and interesting. We had many laughs and he worked hard as usual to get us the best view of the wolves. He was kind to others, even when a random person walked up and looked into our scope like they owned the thing. I highly recommend using Yellowstone Wild. We were lucky and were in the park just a few days before the floods occured. If you are going to Yellowstone, this tour is worth it. Don't get scammed by other tour groups that charge you three times as much to be driven around by people who shouldn't (and might actually not have licenses) be driving almost wreck you into a ditch and combat roll out of the van and ask another guide if they saw wolves. If you have realistic expectations, and realize Yellowstone isn't a zoo and the animals go where they want to... Then this tour is worth every penny. Kyle even gave us some hot tips of where to go later in the day and we saw a momma grizzly and her cubs.
