Looking forward to new programs and ddvelopments
The buildings weren't really open when we visited, but we happened to stop when some of the staff were doing some work. They stopped and talked to us about the history and plans for future development of the site. It was a nice visit and we're glad we stopped.

A step back in time
The Territorial Park is located on the bank of the Raisin River. It gives a glimpse of life in the early days of the settlement called Frenchtown. In late fall they have Lantern tours where actors dress in period costumes and take part in the story of life in the late 1700's early 1800's all done under the light of the lantern.

Haunted History & More
This year we took the grandkids on the Haunted History Lantern Tour. The period dressed staff did an amazing job of presenting both local history and legends ina way that had the kids and adults captivated. Check their calendar for year round events and historical re-enactments at one of Michigan’s oldest battle sites.
