02022020 Laswitan Lagoon, Perfect Laswit!
We went yesterday 02/02/2020, The orientation personnel told us that It was a perfect time to visit because the Laswit/Splash is showing already. The laswit is seasonal depending on the weather, the direction of the wind for the waves, etc. The waves are perfect! some are big, and at times are small, only to cause a waterfall effect on the rocks. It was very fun, we waited for the big waves to make the big splash and if you are in the water, the color of the splash from your point of view is just magnificent! I really enjoyed my experience here and I would defenitely want to come back.

Amazing place!
I guess we lucked out with big waves. The "Lagoon" is pretty hard to find, no good signage, we had to ask a few different locals, and it is a treacherous dirt road to get there, maybe 30 minutes off the main road. I wish we had known how beautify and unique it was going to be! You get to feel the power of the waves crash on you in a semi-protected swimming hole and see small waterfalls created around you. Very pretty! It closes at 5:00 PM and they kick everyone out so we only could enjoy it for an hour, but still very worth it!

Behave, but sweet during bad or windy weather
This seawater falls is quite and easy to access from Cortes main road, unfortunately my visit this August is the summer time of Surigao, I just see its sweetness once, bad weather can make this place a paradise in the month of November to February according to our guide.
