Beautiful Lake and amazing sights of all places around the lake. Beautiful masjid near the lakes are good to see or visit or pray. Cool environment & fresh mountain breeze. Beautiful people and hospitable- The Maranaos or Iranaons- the natives.

    Seeing Lanao Lake through the Lake Circumferential Road.
    You can travel around Lake Lanao passing through the Circumferential Road from Marawi City then back to the City again. Between Marawi and Ganassi, you can have a stop in Tugaya or Bacolod to see a good view of Lake Lanao. Then between Ganassi and Lumbatan , you can have a stop to have another greater view of the lake. Then from Lumbatan back to Marawi, You can stop in Masiu to have a good view of the plain rice field.

    Tibaw / Visit for the Dead.
    We went to Madamba for a tibao. We were served biaring - a maranao shrimp delicacy, bakas in turmeric soup, and the delicious marang fruit. We passes by the Beautiful Madamba Masjid ( Green Dome ). The Madamba River is flowing full running to its downstream pouring into the beautiful Lake Lanao.
