Nice mall
First off, let me caution you that 3 of the photos, including the photo advertising The Village are not from The Village but from the actual City of Rochester about 4 miles down the road. The same goes for several if the reviews, they are telling you about the City of Rochester and not the mall. The mall itself is great, it is walkable, there are several benches to take breaks, things for the kids to do, and more. The shops range from local small businesses all the way up to your big chain stores and restaurants. Several times a year there are activities at The Village of RH, like when they light up the mall Christmas lights and tree, trick or treating for the kids, Easter Bunny visits and more, some of these activities close down the streets in the mall. All in all stop by and visit it, at least once.

FIRE & ICE
Fire works were awesome. Lights downtown are always beautiful, ice sculptures were cool to see. Would have stayed longer but it was really cold on 01/17/2020. Sorry no pics, to cold to carry my phone.

Great little outdoor mall
First of all, I see some reviews in this thread that are actually reviewing the downtown Rochester around Main street. This is supposed to be for reviews for the Village of Rochester Hills mall on Adams Road. The mall is getting better every year by adding new restaurants and stores. There is a very nice variety of good restaurants located here. I especially like Mitchell's Fish and PF Chang's. This is an outdoor mall so dress appropriately in the winter time. The mall is decorated very beautifully during Christmas time and everything is lit up. Carson's was the large department store attached to this mall but it closed permanently in 2018. If you have never been to this mall, give it a try and stop in for a meal at one of the restaurants located here.
