   My friend & I booked the Jan 2020 Niagara Icewine Festival Tour and it was fabulous. We were able to stop at 5 wineries & the festival at Niagara on the Lake without feeling rushed at any stop.    A National Historic Landmark, Meadow Brook is the historic home built by one of the automotive aristocracy's most remarkable women, Matilda Dodge Wilson, widow of automobile pioneer John Dodge, and her second husband, lumber broker Alfred Wilson. Constructed between 1926 and 1929, for $4 million, Meadow Brook represents one of the finest examples of Tudor-revival architecture in America. Tours are offered daily. Tour tickets may be purchased in the Museum Store located inside Meadow Brook Hall. Tour reservations are not required. All guests must be accompanied by a tour guide.    My wife and I had recently moved to the area. Our first experience here was great. The parking is easy and close to the entrance. Easy entry into the establishment. Friendly staff working the event. It’s a cozy venue and the seating was great. They had a group singing carols prior to the start of the play. They were talented. For the show itself the cast was amazingly talented. Great skill and good humor sprinkled in as well. It was a great show in a great venue. We will surely return. See more..

   First off, let me caution you that 3 of the photos, including the photo advertising The Village are not from The Village but from the actual City of Rochester about 4 miles down the road. The same goes for several if the reviews, they are telling you about the City of Rochester and not the mall. The mall itself is great, it is walkable, there are several benches to take breaks, things for the kids to do, and more. The shops range from local small businesses all the way up to your big chain stores and restaurants. Several times a year there are activities at The Village of RH, like when they light up the mall Christmas lights and tree, trick or treating for the kids, Easter Bunny visits and more, some of these activities close down the streets in the mall.    I give the staff on site 5 stars. They were kind, polite, knowledgeable, fun and safe. The registration I'd give about 2 stars. Tried to book a group, the person we were working with left the company and we lost the time slot we needed. The booking ended up being "just go to our website".     Rochester Play is a great place to let the kids run around, climb, jump, and play. I took my daughter here at 6 years of age and it seems to be just right for her. There is an area for younger toddlers to play as well though. They offer food and drinks but I didn't order anything while I was there. Staff is very friendly and it was a fun environment.
