The site of this restaurant used to be a U.S. Post Office. Parking along both sides of the building and in the city lot behind. Penny Black does not have the typical bar food. The menu changes periodically, think of TV chefs and you get an idea of the type of some of the food choices. Fairly well known for their ribs and vegetarians can usually find something here.

not worth the money
Our waitress told us that the drink prices listed on the menu were incorrect, and that they were actually more expensive than what's listed (I think that's illegal). The drinks were good, but obviously overpriced. The food was absolutely nothing special. The smash burger was not a smash burger and the pasta was incredibly bland. I know its expensive but a dinner out for mediocre food and drinks should not be over $60 for two.
