Detroit landmark
The GM center stands in the middle of Detroit Riverwalk. With its several adjoined skyscrapers it's the tallest Detroit edifice easily seen and recognizable from all around. It's a huge complex with office space, hotel, food court and GM cars displayed down in the lobby (free and clean restrooms by them if you're walking the Riverwalk).

Lots of empty space but what was there was good
Andiomos was great food. A great waiter the first night but the waitress not so good. Potbellies was good and the MAriott was nice and the gentleman who checked us in was very accomodating but the other lady really couldn't be bothered with anything . Fuel at the Mariott wa good and the guy that worked there was great - after the first day he remembered us and knew our coffee order. But the bar and restaurant are not open weekdays. Also we stayed multiple days along with another couple. Be aware they do not clean your room daily unless you request it.
