$0.75 cent complete city tour! Awesome!
Came to Detroit on a very cold day and decided to use the people mover rather than walk. It only cost $0.75 to use and the complete tour around the city only takes about 20 minutes! It makes quite a few stops so make sure you grab a free little information booklet that shows you all the stops it makes. People movers come around about every 20 minutes.

    Screaming Noise Painfull
This essentially horizontal elevator runs on rails and has wheels that are sorely in need of maintenance. The Q line which is a streetcar is as quiet as a church mouse. It also runs on rails and has steel wheels just like the people mover. Raise the fare a quarter and hire a professional track maintenance company to grind the rails and then turn the wheels to smooth them out. Otherwise a very convenient And economical way traverse the city core.
