Nice Store for Items made from Fossils but Individual Fossils lacking

We went to Macro Fossiles Kashah as part of our Morocco tour. Unfortunately our tour was behind schedule so we had a rushed tour and time to shop. Nice slab type items but individual fossils like the megalodon teeth I was looking for were missing. The owner stated that due to the COVID impact on tourism they weren't purchasing as many items from those that find them and their inventory was limited. We did find a nice serving plate and box made from fossils and purchased them. The issue was that only the owner could provide the "real" price as employees weren't allowed to negotiate. With 5 different people trying to purchase items at the same time we all had to wait on the owner to come to each of us and negotiate the price. That was a waste of time.

    Such hard work!
    Went there part of our tour Gate 1 , on our way to the Sahara desert.. I enjoyed learning about the fossils and the demonstrations and how they showed us each part of the process that they have to do before it becomes an art. They make tables , end tables etc …and they will ship it to your house, it even comes with a glass over the table to protect it.. the guide was very informative. Then you go to their shop and you can view and purchase a souvenir.

    Interesting exhibit
    We stopped at the Macro Fossiles Kasbah on the way to the desert. It was an interesting display and they showed us each part of the process of polishing the fossils and how they are made into table tops, fountains and any other thing one would desire. They inside shop was quite large and they had examples of every type of marine fossil you can imagine.
