What fun!
Went canoeing with friends (work colleagues, actually) in and three-person canoes. It takes some decent synchronisation and resulted in a couple of interesting manoeuvres. Great fun! Next time I think single-person kayaks will be a better choice: easier to handle/steer, and I actually think less strenuous. Also, the staff recommended we go up North whereas we planned down South... we (luckily) followed their suggestion: it was beautiful, quiet, and much less nuisance and interference from noisy motorboats.
