CW Fudge Factory specializes in homemade fudges and candies with a variety of flavors. They are somewhat unique to our area. The delectable candy and fudge creations they have are homemade fresh each day. Unlike some store bought chocolates their delicious little morsels contain no preservatives. William says his chocolates are carefully fashioned from his own recipes and that candy making to him is like an art. He says it is a science with trial and error to devise just the right ingredient for just the right recipe. Everything including temperature and even humidity of the room he is cooking in is carefully controlled to produce a perfect fudge. At CW Fudge Factory you will find a variety of flavors in fudges and chocolate candy. Not in a crowded way but in a very good way. I bought quite a few things. I took measurements of many things in pictures and I'm going to come back to my home and see where they might fit.
